Troubleshooting Inkjet Printer — Windows 10/11

1. Uninstall the printer
   1. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners
   2. Click on your printer, and underneath, it click on ‘Remove device’
2. Re-add the printer
   1. Click on ‘Add a printer or scanner’. Windows will scan your local network for printers, your printer should appear on the list.
   2. When your printer appears, click on it. Windows will reinstall it.
